1. Purpose

These General Subscription Terms and Conditions (hereinafter the “GSTC”) govern the terms of subscription and access to the restricted content of the website “La Russie vue par ses experts”, published by the company Kremlinsights, a micro-enterprise registered with the Versailles Trade and Companies Register under number 992 165 472.

2. Acceptance of the Terms

By subscribing, the user acknowledges having read and unreservedly accepted these GSTC.

3. Description of the Service

The subscription provides access to exclusive content reserved for subscribers, available on the website www.kremlinsights.com

4. Subscription – Price – Payment Terms

The subscription fee is set at €49 including VAT per month.
Payment is made by credit card via a secure payment platform.
The subscription is a monthly subscription with automatic renewal, meaning it is renewed each month unless cancelled beforehand by the subscriber (see Article 6).
No refunds will be issued, even in the event of early termination or non-use of the service.
The customer waives their right of withdrawal pursuant to Article L221-28 (13°) of the French Consumer Code.

5. Access to the Service

Access to reserved content is granted immediately after payment validation.
The subscriber is responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential. Any fraudulent use of the subscription is their sole responsibility.

6. Termination

The subscriber may cancel their subscription at any time from their personal account.
Termination becomes effective at the end of the current monthly period.
No partial or full refund will be provided.
The publisher reserves the right to suspend or terminate a subscription in case of breach of these terms or abusive use.

7. Intellectual Property

All content published on the website is protected by copyright and applicable legislation.
It is the exclusive property of Kremlinsights or its contributors.
Any reproduction, distribution, or use, even partial, without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.

8. Personal Data

Kremlinsights undertakes to comply with applicable legislation on personal data protection (including the General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR).
The collected data is necessary for subscription management and customer relations.
The subscriber has the right to access, rectify, delete, and object to their personal data, which they may exercise by contacting: info@kremlinsights.com
